What is your average turn around time?

Each of the tens of thousands of products JCS Branding offers has its own lead time, ranging from a few days to a few weeks, so consider this when planning your order. Many products may be ready to ship in as little as 3-5 working days after order receipt. On average, the standard production time is the industry's best: between just 7-10 working days, plus shipping.

Sometimes I may not have a decision until late in the game. What about last-minute ordering?

JCS Branding has a large selection of items with very short production times, ready for immediate use with rush orders. If you anticipate a need for a rush order, just let us know as soon as possible. Because of our established contacts worldwide, in many cases we can lock in a production slot even without a purchase order. Additionally, we may be able to assist with artwork ahead of time to avoid delays. This often means we can eliminate rush charges and save you a lot of headaches.

How much does shipping cost?

We work with factories all over the nation as well as several overseas, and by now we've dealt with every shipping arrangement imaginable! No one, least of all our clients, wants to be surprised when it comes to orders and cost. An honest shipping estimate will be supplied as soon as the product, quantity and due dates have been identified. JCS Branding is proud to be one of the very few promotional product suppliers that does not mark up shipping on orders!

What new products are out there?

Every week new products hit the market, with literally thousands of new offerings each year. Already there are more than 600,000 different promotional products ready for your logo! JCS Branding built its business and reputation on helping its clients discover the exact products that best suit their goals, while fitting into their budget. We pride ourselves in creative planning and using known products to create new promos and most important, successful branding campaigns for our clients.

What kind of quality control mechanisms do you have?

JCS Branding takes several steps during each job to ensure the end product is at or above your expectations. Before production begins, we generate two forms for our customer to approve: an order form, which includes all order specifications; and an art proof (in some cases a production proof as well). Both must be approved by the client before we move forward. During production stages, we micro-manage each product - confirming receipt with the factory, art approval, ship date, and shipping method. If time allows, we’ll even re-pack your order into new boxes while inspecting the goods before delivery! If we're shipping directly to an event site, we'll have a sample of the finished product sent overnight to our office for inspection, long before you take delivery.

What about custom colors, special sizings, and other specialized needs? Can you handle those?

In a word, YES! We understand and can facilitate PMS color matching, all sizes, and other special needs. Of course, due to the wide range of products/imprint methods used, we can't say “yes” or “no” to every request until we know the job's parameters. But the more time a project has, the more options there are available. A rule of thumb is that as the quantity and lead time increase, so too will the ability to customize, add special features and receive “extras” at minimal costs. JCS Branding doesn’t make promises it can’t deliver on, and with our years of experience it is very rare that we cannot take on a special project.

Do you print the product in your warehouse?

JCS Branding is a promotional products distributor, so there's no need to print or manufacture anything in our offices. However, it's a part of the process we oversee. As we also act as our clients’ promotional products consultant, we operate with several factories as a professional buyer on behalf of our clients, and due to the wide range of imprint methods and ever-expanding number of imprintable products, there many detailed steps to insure quality printing! JCS Branding has years of experience and a long list of happy clients because we pay close attention to all of these details, including every single step in the printing process.
